We are a Kenyan-owned company founded in 2005, dedicated then, to enhancing road safety as a supplier and installer of speed limiters across Kenyan roads.

With 20 years of industry experience, we have now established a strong presence in Eastern Africa in the transport safety and security sector with a wide portfolio supported by our team of over 250 employees and a network of more than 16,000 customers.

Our head office is located in Industrial Area-Nairobi along Lunga Lunga Road. Other branches include Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret and Nakuru.
We also have presence in Thika, Meru, Nyeri, Embu, Kisii, Kericho and Machakos.

PSL, its Top Management, Inspections Management, Staff and others involved in the inspection activities fully understand the importance of impartiality in undertaking its inspection and certification activities.

PSL will therefore ensure that in its dealings with clients or potential clients, all employees or other personnel involved in inspection and certification activities are, and will remain, impartial.

To ensure that impartiality is both maintained and can be demonstrated, PSL has identified, and risk assessed all relationship which may result in conflict or interest or may pose a threat to impartiality.
